In preparation for my time with writer Lindsey Ferrentino I created a sort of ‘Visual Script’ that outlines my vision for the choreographic elements of the show. Pretty nervous about writing something that will ultimately be read by a kick-ass writer but hey… just gonna jump into it.
Flew to NYC today for writing sessions with Lindsey Ferrentino on the Artist. Spent the flight feeling emotional as I started to write the wording for the new website. This new chapter of the company is starting to feel very real indeed.
We selected the final images for the branding. We got over 1000 amazing images down to just 100 and then down to a further 23. It was hard but the final choices are excellent. Can’t wait for the next part of that process which is working out how the dancers images will be integrated into the graphic design elements.
The photographic collaboration with Mark Senior on the new company branding images for the website happened today. It was pretty thrilling. Such a great energy in the room. A real feeling of excitement. Amazed at what perfect timing Mark had with capturing the dancers at the perfect moment.
